What is life coaching?
Life coaching is another word for laying down an obtainable blueprint of one’s life with a legitimate perspective onto a canvas- clear, crisp and transparent.
A life coach is someone who helps you dig deeper- identify your true purpose in life, create and set goals and develop an actionable plan to achieve them. They are professionally trained to make you fully aware of your powers and weaknesses, unleash your inner strength and inducing the urge of turning deepest desires into reality.
What is Therapy?
Therapy is a process to heal- physiologically, psychologically, mentally or emotionally. During therapy, the subconscious and unconscious mind awaken and take over the conscious mind for as long as the therapy process continues.

There’s only so much I can do to help people become their best. The coaching mechanism may vary depending on what your specific needs are. As your coach, I can help you achieve professional projects, personal milestones and undergo physical, mental and emotional transitions. I help you grow by analyzing your current state, identify the core hindrances and device a custom plan to get you where you want to be.
